1. What facilities does the hotel offer for children?
The comfort of parents and the safety of our youngest guests are a priority for us. That is why, on request, we offer facilities such as a bottle warmer, a potty or a toilet seat cover or a bathtub. We also have travel cots and smaller size bedding. The kitchen serves a children's menu. Highchairs are available, and fun events are held in the playroom on a regular basis. There is also a paddling pool in the swimming pool area, and the hotel itself is only 250 meters from a huge sandpit called the beach.
2. Is swimming pool entry included in the price of the stay?
The room price includes a 60-minute stay in the swimming pool and sauna area. It is possible to extend access by another hour or for all-day, unlimited access, or to pay for extra time spent in the zone on a per-minute basis.

3. Does the hotel accept Tourist Vouchers?

4. What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?
The hotel day starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure.
5. Is the hotel pet friendly?
Yes, pets are welcome here. According to our regulations, we accept dogs up to 5 kg, while larger ones require additional consent. The fee is PLN 70 per night.
6. Has the hotel been certified safe with regards COVID 19?
We maintain all sanitary procedures and recommendations. Additional procedures have been introduced by the Radisson Hotel Group chain, and confirmed by the international SGS certificate. This means we have to follow a 20-step program for cleaning and disinfecting rooms as well as all shared areas. Also, the conference areas have been subjected to an additional 10-stage process of decontamination and comply with the rules of social distancing.

7. Is parking available at the hotel?
The hotel has 82 parking spaces above ground and 29 spaces in the parking hall. The fee is PLN 80 per night.

9. Is the hotel disabled-friendly?
- The hotel has three rooms fully adapted to the needs of the disabled (adapted and equipped bathrooms, alarm buttons by the beds, etc.). In addition, these rooms are located on the ground floor
- All passages in the hotel, doors and corridors are wide, without thresholds, which allows wheelchairs easy access
- The hotel elevator also has no thresholds, which allows free access to all hotel floors, zones and functions, including the swimming pool or spa zone
- The hotel has a lower reception counter adapted for wheelchair users and the ATM has also been installed at a lower height.
