At Blugrass, the New Year's Eve 2025 / 2026 evening will begin with elegance and good taste. At 8:00 PM, a New York feast will start in our restaurant, consisting of an appetizer, starter, soup, main course, dessert, and a cookie. All in an exquisite style, known from the elegant restaurants of Manhattan, considered a true mecca for gourmets from around the world.
The menu, available in two versions – meat and vegetarian – was specially prepared for this occasion by the Blugrass Chef, who took care of intriguing flavor combinations.
Dinner participants also have access to the New York, New York New Year's Eve dance evening held in Blugrass Hall (without seating in the Blugrass Hall space – seating for tasting dinner guests will be located in the restaurant area). The event will be enhanced, among others, by live music performed by the Downtown Brass band, which faithfully captures the atmosphere of the great New York jazz and swing stages. After the culinary experiences, it will be time for a champagne party, New Year's toasts, and dance performances on the floor until the early hours of the morning.

Individuals over 16 years old may participate in the dinner. Admission to the "New York, New York” event in Blugrass Hall is allowed only for adults.

Appetizer: Pijana Koza goat cheese mousse in beetroot jelly flavored with wine, topped with green apple caviar
Starter: MOWI salmon marinated in Yuzu, with samphire, cucumber, mustard greens, dill oil, and lime essence
Soup: Smoked potato cream, with black chanterelle and wood sorrel
Main course: Steak from Pniewy beef tenderloin with artichoke purée, wild broccoli, potato-marjoram chips, and demi-glace sauce with winter truffle
Dessert: Caramel cake with champagne jelly, hazelnuts, and freeze-dried raspberries

Families with children are invited to join the fun at the Wonderland New Year's Eve party. There will be contests and activities for the youngest. Parents will have the opportunity to welcome the new year at two events simultaneously and also to party on the dance floor at the New York, New York New Year's Eve dance evening, reserved exclusively for adults.
