We invite you to a unique Men’s Sauna Night by Thera & Kovalite, full of power and adrenaline. This will be an event like no other — intense sauna sessions, contrast ice baths, energizing body scrubs, nighttime pool access, and an open-air jacuzzi will create the perfect space to reset, tap into masculine energy, and completely let go.

Sauna sessions
In the ritual sauna, sauna masters Adam and Robert Puzdrowski will lead powerful, dynamic sessions using aromas and music, after which you will jump straight into an ice barrel to experience a true rush of endorphins.

Breathwork workshop
Maciek Sowa, known for his passion for extreme experiences, will teach you how to work with your breath so you can face challenges with ease — both athletic and everyday ones. After the breathwork sessions, you will immerse yourselves in an ice bath, combining breath and cold for maximum recovery and strength.
Scrub sessions
Robert Zagórski will lead meditation sessions and body scrub rituals filled with the scent of pine needles and grapefruit — almost like a walk through the forest, where every movement combines deep relaxation with intense skin purification. Kovalite, our partner, will gift you a meditation headband, which you can take home after the event and use to introduce healthy rituals into your daily routine.
In addition
Throughout the night, you will have access to the sauna zone and swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi, outdoor garden jacuzzi under the open sky, tepidarium, sensory showers, Kneipp path, dry sauna, and the saunas where the ceremonies take place. This full wellness infrastructure allows you to move smoothly between activities — from sauna heat, scrubs, and cold therapy to nighttime swimming and jacuzzi relaxation.
We provide 2 towels and bathrobes on site.
