This Saturday, October 25th at 11:00 AM, we invite you to the first event in the Heat, Ice, Breath series – focused on contrast therapy. Together with Maciej Sowa and Robert Zagórski, we’ll explore the power of breath and challenge the body through extreme temperature experiences.
Heat, Ice, Breath – A Workshop Transforming Body and Mind
Join us for an intense five-hour experience that combines the power of breathwork, extreme thermal conditions, and deep regeneration. It’s a natural path to physical renewal and mental balance.
Breath as a Tool of Power
We’ll begin with a breathwork session led by instructor Maciej Sowa, where you’ll learn techniques to enhance physical endurance and focus, discover methods for regulating the nervous system and managing stress, and experience how conscious breathing can bring balance and calm into your daily life.
Contrast Therapy – Ice Bath & Sauna
Next comes the cold immersion challenge: a bath filled with 150 kg of ice and water. This is not only a test of willpower but also part of contrast therapy, which involves alternating exposure to cold and heat. After the ice bath, you’ll take part in a guided sauna ceremony with meditation led by sauna master Robert Zagórski.
The cold–hot cycle:
improves circulation and metabolism
accelerates muscle recovery
strengthens immunity and reduces stress
stimulates the nervous and hormonal systems, activating natural adaptive mechanisms
Contrast therapy works like a biological pump—cold constricts blood vessels, heat dilates them—leading to better oxygenation of tissues and toxin elimination. If you have any health concerns, we recommend consulting a doctor before participating.
